Joshua Tree Run + Palm Springs Surf Club: Desert Miles, Content Capture, and a Perfect Finish

Joshua Tree Run + Palm Springs Surf Club: Desert Miles, Content Capture, and a Perfect Finish

Some days just line up perfectly, and this one felt like it was built for us. We jammed out to Joshua Tree early in the morning with a small crew, a couple of cameras, and zero agenda other than capturing content and putting some real desert miles on the Grenadier.

The drive out was unreal — empty roads, golden light, and that high-desert quiet that hits you as soon as you roll into the park. Joshua Tree always delivers a backdrop that feels bigger than life, and the Grenadier looked right at home against the boulders and Joshua pines. We shot everything: rolling footage, stills, rig walkarounds, and a few moments that were too good not to grab on the fly.

After a few hours exploring and stacking content, we pushed toward Palm Springs for the best kind of reset: a session at the Palm Springs Surf Club.
Desert dust to perfect freshwater waves — the most California day imaginable.

The pool was glassy, the waves were dialed, and the whole crew got a chance to trade the heat for some long walls and clean turns. It was the perfect way to wrap the day before pointing the Grenadier back toward San Diego.

A little bit of adventure, a little bit of work, and a lot of fun.
Joshua Tree delivered the scenery. Palm Springs Surf Club delivered the stoke.
And the Grenadier made the whole run feel effortless.
